The FieldView Go-to-Market Sales Process

Phase 1: Establish Relationship
Initial Meeting
We hold an initial meeting with each prospective seller to discuss our marketing process and sales plan. There is no-obligation associated with this meeting. We consider this meeting an opportunity to fully disclose to the business owner the approach and process we utilize in taking companies to market.
Business Value Assessment
The first step in our process begins with a no-cost, no obligation free Business Value Assessment. We use this tool to establish a "fair market" value range for your business. With a value in mind, you are able to make a more informed decision about your next steps. This will also provide us with an opportunity to assess the marketability of your firm. Formal Agreement
At this point, we establish a formal agreement between FieldView and the new client. We formally begin the sales process for your company.
Phase 2: Marketing
Buyer Search
FieldView will begin discreetly reaching out to our internal database of qualified buyers on behalf of your business. We will develop and mail out a blind, one page executive summary of your business to buyers in our database who are searching for a firm with your company's financial criteria.
Marketing Campaign
We market your business in a confidential manner that does not reveal the identity of your business prior to signing confidentiality agreements. We target qualified buyers through the use of more than a dozen marketing channels.
Buyer Due Diligence
Qualified buyers who have signed confidentiality agreements are shown the Offering Memorandum that we develop for your firm. We also work with you to identify the appropriate time (usually before or after business hours) for a tour to allow the buyer to have a physical inspection of the facilities.
Phase 3: Closing the Deal
Initial Offers
FieldView will present offers from interested buyers and help you analyze the details of the offer. We also guide you through the negotiation process.
Closing
We attend the closing with you and oversee the final transfer. You will receive payment at this point in the process.
