We do not focus on one industry in particular. Rather, we develop opportunities within industries based on demand from our clients. FieldView specializes in small and middle market companies rather than taking an industry-centered approach.

We do not typically seek fees from individual buyers seeking small market opportunities. FieldView works on behalf of the seller; for this reason, fees are paid by the current business owner.

FieldView has developed a network of over 40 lenders who are interested in assisting new business owners with financing new endeavors. We are more than happy to assist you in acquiring financing.

Our opportunities are developed in two ways. First, we approach our current network of sellers in regards to your acquisition interests. The acquisition process can vary greatly when it comes to the length of time required to close a deal. On one end of the spectrum, deals may close in a 1-2 month window. On the other hand, it may take a year or longer to close in on the right opportunity. We suggest anticipating a 6-9 month time frame when acquiring a new business.

FieldView operates within a code of strict confidentiality. Our sellers are not interested in broadcasting their plans to employees, suppliers, customers, etc. For this reason, we play an active role a mediator throughout the acquisition process.

FieldView strongly encourages investors to seek opportunities that they are very familiar with. Buyers must be qualified to operate the business as well as understand the industry. We qualify all buyers prior to presenting new businesses. Additionally, lenders will not work with buyers who do not have relevant experience.
